The Ibanez PCBE12MH-OPN Acoustic Bass Guitar features the AEQ-2T preamp with an onboard tuner, allowing bass and treble frequency adjustment and tuner operation without the instrument being plugged in. Its Maple neck provides stability and bright tonal character, while the Okoume top, back, and sides produce a warm, woody tone—soft and full when finger-picked, with punchy high-mids and clear projection when strummed. The Laurel fretboard and bridge deliver rich, warm tone and efficient string vibration transfer for a natural acoustic sound.
