The Bach Bb Trumpet TR501 features an ML bore measuring 11.68 mm (.460″) and a brass bell with a diameter of 122.24 mm (4-13/16″) with wire on the bell edge. It is equipped with a gold brass leadpipe with nickel silver ferrules, stainless steel valves with aluminium valve stems, a thumb saddle at the first valve slide, and a ring on the third slide. Additional features include two water keys, engraving on the bell, and a clear lacquered finish. The instrument is supplied with a light case with backpack straps and a Vincent Bach 7C mouthpiece.
