The Yamaha YCL-255S Bb clarinet has a durable matt ABS resin body and silver-plated nickel silver keys and now features a new adjustable thumb rest and an improved strap ring providing a more ergonomic instrument design ideal for players with small hands. The removal of the strap ring from the bell makes the instrument lighter for young clarinetists and provides an improved balance to the instrument.
The Yamaha YCL-255S Bb clarinet features a 65mm barrel which follows the same designs from Yamahas high end clarinets and produces a more centered focused tone. The new bell design is made only of ABS resin which reduces the overall weight making the YCL-255S a light but robust instrument ideal for young players.
The Yamaha YCL-255S Bb clarinet comes supplied with a Yamaha CL-4C mouthpiece and an attractive light-weight clarinet case.
