The Focusrite Red 8Line is a professional audio interface with 58 inputs and 64 outputs, including two Red Evolution mic preamps, eight balanced line I/O on DB25, stereo S/PDIF, 32 Dante I/O channels, and 16-channel ADAT I/O at 48kHz. It features 24-bit/192kHz conversion with 119dB A-D and 121dB D-A dynamic range for mastering-grade performance. The Red Evolution preamps offer up to 63dB of gain, with phantom power, high-pass filter, phase reverse, stereo-linking, and Air mode. With Thunderbolt 3, mini-DigiLink, and Dante connectivity, it enables seamless switching between Pro Tools | HD and other DAWs. Additional features include built-in monitor control up to 7.1, three LCD meters, dual headphone outputs, front-panel instrument inputs, and integration with RedNet Control 2. It also includes plug-ins like Brainworx bx_console Focusrite SC and Red 2 and Red 3 EQ and compression.
