The Radial HotShot DM-1 is a Passive Dynamic Microphone Switcher with a momentary footswitch that allows on-stage performers to reroute their vocal mic to a stage monitoring system for discreet communication with band members or crew. Designed for use with in-ear monitoring systems, it features a main XLR output for the mixer and a secondary output for an intercom bus. Pressing the footswitch mutes the main output and sends the signal to the monitor system; releasing it returns the signal to its original path, enabling seamless communication without disrupting the performance.
