The Ibanez GRGR221FA-TDK Electric Guitar is an RG series solid-body model from the entry-level GIO line, introduced in 2026. It features an art-grain simulated flamed maple top on an okoume body, bolted to a roasted maple neck with a reversed headstock and matching art-grain overlay, and a 24-fret purpleheart fingerboard with black binding and reversed black sharktooth position markers. The guitar is equipped with Ibanez IBZ-6 humbucking pickups in black plastic rings, an F106 fixed bridge, a black plastic nut, a mono-unit output jack with integrated mounting plate, die-cast tuning machines, and black hardware.
