The DiMarzio DP156FCR Humbucker From Hell® is a neck-position Pickup designed to cancel less harmonic content than a conventional humbucker, resulting in a brighter, cleaner, and almost glassy tone with a power level similar to a PAF®. It delivers an open sound in the neck position of a Gibson® Les Paul® and an acoustic-like quality in bolt-on guitars. Though primarily intended for the neck, it produces an intense, cutting tone in the bridge position when paired with a bright amp.
