The Audio-Technica AT-OC9XML is a Dual Moving Coil Cartridge featuring a nude Microlinear stylus on a boron cantilever for exceptional groove tracking, low distortion, and high-transient response. It uses Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting (PCOCC) coils in a reverse V-shaped formation to minimize stylus pressure and distortion, while a rigid aluminum body reduces resonance. A neodymium magnet and premium permendur yoke enhance magnetic energy for superior audio performance. The pre-threaded cartridge body allows for easy mounting to a headshell or integral tonearm using just two screws, with no nuts required.
