If you feel as though the music you listen to is a part of your identity, then you’re probably right! According to studies carried out at the University of Texas, the music you listen to reveals a lot about your character.
Below, we’ve discussed four genres and what they say about your personality.

Listeners of electronic, hip-hop, rap and soul music are ‘energetic and rhythmic’ ones. They’re extroverted, agreeable, attractive and athletic, like the upbeat-and-conventional listeners above. However, they don’t share the conservatism, wealth or low IQ. The people in this group tend to have a habit of blurting out thoughts and feelings as soon as they come to their heads.
