The Marshall Vintage Modern 2266C 50-watt 2 x 12″ Combo is an all-tube single channel amplifier with a choice of two footswitchable “dynamic ranges.” The Low range gives you the tone and gain of a stock vintage Marshall amp. The High range adds an extra preamp tube to the signal path, providing some tasty “classic rock” tones. Go from sparkling chime to compressed overdrive with a tap of the footswitch, and add your favorite outboard effects to the signal path via a series effects loop (with level selector) built into the versatile 2266C.
